I'll keep this simple. There is only one reason I buy my Range Rovers from this dealership and that is Lloyd White. Lloyd and I have known each other for years and I know he is not going to sell me 'a car', rather, he is going to work with me and sell me the the right car. Without exception I trust Lloyd to take care of my automotive needs.
Excellent experience all around. The dealership was great as always. My purchase experience with Lloyd really stood out. He was professional, affable, and efficient. Lloyd also went above and beyond - when I noticed a warning light on while test driving, I mentioned this to Lloyd and he drove us into the service area and they addressed the problem immediately. The finance professional who assisted me was very efficient and competent. All in all, the employees at the dealership worked seamlessly so that I ended up walking in at 9 am and walking out with a new car before noon.

Horrible experience. These people have no respect for women. The words I heard come out of peoples mouths while i was around the corner is disgusting. Favoritism is also key word. Unless you make a certain amount of money or know the devil himself ted, good luck. Stay far away from this place.

We visited Land Rover to have service done on our Defender. I love the lobby with the clean areas I can work while my car is being worked on. The service guy Ryan is always so incredibly helpful! But in the end, we decided to trade in our 2020 Defender for a 2025 Defender with warranty. Lloyd was so patient with us and the time it took for us to make a decision. Always great customer service!
Tire blew up within 1000 mile in a used car I bought from thus dealership.. They said they performed a 200 point check. The tire was past 6 years past the manufacturing date. Not reliable at all.

Lloyd....what a guy! I went into Land Rover MPLS looking for a special Defender OCTA. They had been currently sold out, but Lloyd did not stop trying to get me one. Luckily one became available, and I was able to order/purchase. Valerie in the finance dept. was amazing to work with. Everything was very professional and went smooth. The days of worrying about suspicious car salesman and dealer tricks are over when you go to Land Rover MPLS. This place treated me like royalty, and everyone was fabulous to work with.

This dealership gets very high marks. Clean, modern, friendly staff, great areas to wait in and brose around. They got me in for service right away on a Saturday and provided a loaner so I could continue my day while they did the service. Kali did a great job explaining what was needed and what wasn't. Service was done in the time they said so I was happy which isn't the case with a lot of other dealerships these days.

I purchased a dealer used Discovery from this dealership after 68,000 miles a new transmission was required. After towing my car to the dealership on 12/22/23 I was informed on 1/31/24 the car is no longer under warranty and the cost was $9,800. I was disappointed to say the least and contacted the General Manager TT. He promised to look into it and call me back. I never heard from him.
